Description:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our Client Services Managers to support a variety of customer contacts by providing reports, trafficking/QAing new ad requests and ad tags, answering platform questions and handling basic support inquiries. As a team, Client Services is tasked with achieving high customer satisfaction, driving repeat business and providing consistent and stable support. The perfect applicant should have background and interest in on-line advertising or advertising technologies, with a basic understanding of on-line advertising campaigns. This role requires strong project organizational skills including exceptional written and spoken communication skills, multi- tasking, attention to detail and can- do attitude. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about success and energized by the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high energy start- up environment. Specific position duties include: Support Client Services Managers to drive high client satisfaction, optimal campaign performance, increased adoption and renewals Provide basic platform support and respond to client inquiries Work with Client Services Manager to present campaign results and insights to maximize campaign effectiveness Support day-to-day engagement with clients by trafficking ad requests and ad tags Identify client needs and escalate technical issues to the appropriate channel Provide regular account status updates via call reports and spoken communication If you are a self-starter, who is passionate about winning and being part of a growing team, we would love to talk.
