Sous Chef position for a catering company available for the right candidate. Off premise Catering Company with a 10,000 sq-ft kitchen in the Lexington area. We do a lot of corporate catering and events Monday through Friday and are usually booked solid on the weekends with Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Christenings and other events. Events range in size from a lunch for twelve to Dinner for 1000. We are looking for a Sous Chef who has strong culinary skills, experience with off premise events, the ability to work with people and no personal issues that will prevent them from ensuring a smooth operation. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a high volume production kitchen. The salary and benefits are excellent. You will be working side by side with 1 of Boston’s premiere chefs and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
