Seeking compassionate, informative, resourceful and experienced Inbound Call Center Specialist who can raise the bar in our call center environment. We are a resource and information database for those caring for an individual with Cerebral Palsy. We require an individual who is comfortable performing intake and assessment of birth injury data for possible affiliate referral and resource distribution. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), computer competency, superb listening skills, discretion, maturity, patience and sound judgment. Must be willing to sit for long periods of time while managing telephone inquiries, online evaluations, voicemail messages, and mail in high volume, in call center environment. Must be able to enter data efficiently, coordinate resources, and transfer caller while conversing. Requires comfort in conversing with individuals who may be engulfed in any number of natural emotions surrounding acceptance of their loved one's challenges. Must be organized, efficient, dependable, reliable and self-motivated. Fluent in Spanish, preferred. Qualified individual will need to demonstrate proficiency in telephone communication, computer data entry, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, email and internet browsing. We require skill assessments, drug screen and reference checks. Prefer resumes and cover letters emailed. This job requires an associates degree and 3 years of experience.
