BSME Project Design Engineer-Construction Vehicles job#1687 Cleveland/Akron, Ohio job#1687 Our Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Client Company is looking for a Degreed Mechanical Project Design Engineer to lead Design/Engineering efforts for development of new and improved heavy vehicle construction. You must have a BSME at min. BSMS is Desired but not Required. You must have at least 5-ten years of heavy vehicle design experience. You must have utilized 1 or more of the following Cad Software Packages: UG, PRO-E, SolidWorks, Auotcad, Inventor Areas of special interest: A) Comprehensive Design Experience for Vehicle Steering Systems, Stability/Ride, Suspension Systems B) Comprehensive Design of two and 4 Heavy Axle Vehicles C) Specific Design experience with Heavy Earthmoving Equipment, Heavy Haul Trucks, Heavy Tractors, Diesel Trucks/Trailors, Passenger Trucks, Automobiles, 4-wheeled ATVs, Dune Buggies.. D) You must have experience modeling a full vehicle, with suspension components and tires, via advanced multi-body motion/dynamics simulation software. Please Note: We are after Engineers who have entire vehicle system design experience.
