LOCATION: Branchburg, NJDESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for performing and documenting therequired maintenance and monitoring of the facility and itsequipment.The duties include operation, maintenance and repair of theFacility's DIW and WFI water systems, Clean Steam Generatorand Distribution systems, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers andGlycol Distribution, Compressed Air, UPS, Emergency Generator,Electrical Distribution, BMS (alarm management andnotifications), Process Gas, Heating/Hot Water, Natural GasBooster Skid, Industrial and Biowaste systems.Preventative maintenance on the Utilities mechanical systems,with working knowledge electrical, plumbing and rigging. Assistwith new equipment installation, other duties may be assignedat the discretion of the management.This position requires working in a Team environment to assistthe company and all personnel to reach their goals and providea safe, clean and efficient environment.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Operate and troubleshoot all problems as they occur on PlantSteam Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Emergency Generators,Process Gas Equipment, and Water for Injection, DIWPretreatment and Generation, Compressed Air, Bio Waste andIndustrial Waste, Clean Steam, Heating Hot Water Skids, andother equipment in the Utility Room as required. In order toaccomplish this, the individual must be fully knowledgeable andunderstand all aspects of equipment operation andmaintenance.2. Maintain full knowledge of the BMS System as required foroperating equipment and troubleshooting issues as they relateto equipment and the buildings Utility Systems.3. Perform all assigned PM's and WO's on facilities equipment asper predetermined schedule and Sop's. Document all work asperformed according to cGMP's and Company SOP's. Documentthe use of spare parts in all PM and corrective maintenanceWO's.4. Maintain cleanliness of the Utility Room, chiller yard andequipment.5. Maintain 100% training records in ELM for all requiredtraining.6. Analyze and maintain proper water chemistry on the Boilers,Cooling Towers and DIW systems.7. Perform all aspects of the position by following cGMP's andall Safety and OSHA regulations.8. Provide 24 hour emergency response and shift coverage asneeded.9.
