Call Center Patient Advocates are an integral resource in providing screening services to outpatient referrals.Primary Responsibilities/Tasks (include but are not limited to):- Strong organization skills â?? ability to prioritize, plan, and follow tasks through to completion- Reliable transportation required- Receiving inbound calls from patients in Illinois to determine eligibility for IL state Medicaid benefits to pay for hospital services- Healthcare experience a plus- Assist patients with scheduling appointments- Responsibilities to increase as skills are mastered.
