AVP - Cloud/Big Data/Mobile Services Sales - Full Time

Description:
My long-time client focuses on ISV's and other Techno-Centric Enterprises and they are aggressively looking for talent in the "big data" services sales space. They have a strong track record of success already with a ready list of targets that a hunter can jump on right out of the gate. Positions are available in New York Metro Area, San Jose and the DC area Things that will interest them are:
*Experience selling services (NOT hardware or software)
*OPD - offshore product development VS implementation services
*Big data experience with BI, analytics, Hadoop, MapReduce, etc.
*Individual performer experienced at the Director or VP level
*"Solution Oriented" services sales *Solid background in selling consulting services to Enterprise, ISV, *SaaS providers (finance, banking, information services)
*Background and track record of success in enterprise open-source Big *Data/Cloud/Data warehousing, or related package ISV sales is key
*Solid company (not 1099) employment continuity
*Geographically rich rolodex is a real plus What they are willing/UN-willing to consider - this is straight from my client:
*Unemployed candidates, self-employed or 1099 consultants will NOT work
*Job instability:
> 4-5 jobs in the last ten years is a no-go
> 3 jobs in the last ten years might work
> 2 or less jobs in the last ten years is great
*People with no sales experience will not fit this
> MUST have a solid track record of success
*This is a services sales company so hardware or software product sales does NOT work for them Compensation:
*Competitive base salary in the $110K to $120K+ range (open)
*May offer a draw for quality candidates with a track record of verifiable success
*Currently all on the sales team make $200K to $300K+
