Corporation in Irving is seeking a licensed attorney with at least 5yrs of experience with contracts and bankruptcy experience. This position will serve as the point-of-contact for the collections, bankruptcy, and default management groups within the consumer businesses, including Mortgage, Credit Cards, Auto Lending, bank and consumer finance branch lending (personal and real estate) and Student Loans.
