NCR is headquartered in Duluth, Georgia near Atlanta.The keys to this position are Product Management experience and Financial Institution industry particularly with ATMsPM…60% talking to sales, customers, research products;25% running their program realization team;15% financial management Bachelor's Degree6-8yrs of related experience -- particularly in the area of Physical and Encrypted SecurityAdvanced PowerPoint and Ms excel skillsManagement of multi-disciplinary teams and development of teammates;Demonstrated expertise to work with and/or through associates/parties in a cross functional working atmosphereSelf-motivated with the expertise to influence others, particularly across organizationsGood communication abilities (both written and verbal)Proven ability of delivering resultsSuccessfully managed complex programs across multiple organizationsDomain knowledge in Financial Self ServiceKnowledge of NCR product platforms and solutionsKnowledge of WCS Services offerings and delivery processesBackground of the Financial Industry PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:~MBA Degree preferred~8+ years of related skills~Six Sigma Green Belt~Knowledge of NCR systems/tools (SPT, WOT, GSDB, Team, PSA etc.)~Technical knowledge of Common Modules within Financial products Position mandates understanding of the Global Financial Self Service Market (specifically ATM's - industry, customer and competition) and NCR in-order to develop and manage opportunities to grow revenue and improve margins~ Required to drive multiple programs at module level to enable and ultimately create demand / results for Financial in targeted segments and geographies; Manage P&L's focused on profitable growth; Responsible for moving Modules through NCR's Solution Life-cycle Management process~ Responsible for inclusion of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques in managing programs and module solutions (six sigma, etc.)~ Responsible for Annual Business and Operational Plans including evolution of the strategy, market/competitive factors, revenue and investment projections, price/contract erosion, potential business development driven through Disruptive Innovation opportunities ~ Required to work with Sales, Services Design & Engineering, Service Delivery & Operation leadership and across Lines of Business to solve complex business issues ~ Responsible for specifying product requirements for current and future products by conducting market research through on-going communication with customers and industry analysts; Follows and analyzes market and competitive trends to ensure new product/functionalities meet customer needs ~ Responsible for the alignment of revenue and profit within a Security Module portfolio, supporting all product portfolios ~ Responsible for driving the transformation of a module or product concept into a marketable solution with a cross functional team that includes members from engineering, marketing, services and finance ~ Analyzing potential partner relationships for Security modules and products in conjunction with the solution strategy and roadmap ~ Coordinates the creation of services offers including customer support and professional services ~ Accountable for all program metrics, including development schedule, cost, unit sales, revenue, margin, product quality, market share and customer satisfaction ~ Gathers, prioritizes and documents product requirements and validates value proposition ~ Supports and works directly with global sales organization for product training, sales strategy, customer presentations and RFP responses ~ Provides direction, content and support for product marketing efforts including trade shows, marketing programs, webinars, and sales collateral ~ Conduct negotiations and discussions involving internal associates and external suppliers ~ Assist in the development of teammates and evaluation of team player performance~ Full P&L, ARS and ARI accountability Accountability for Cost Reduction for the portfolio ~ Validates value propositions and develops business impact models some travel in this role Kind Regards, Kay M.
