Qualitek Services has an immediate 3 mons+ contract opening for an Associate Software Test Engineer in Melbourne, FL. CRITICAL SKILLS ****Must be a US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident**** ****There is NO relocation benefits available for this position****** Applicant must have a Bachelors Degree with at least three years of prior experience experience. Computer Literate and knowledge Ms word, Ms excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Project Working expertise of communications and/or audio/video delivery systems Current expertise of Linux (command, admin, shell scripting) and MS-DOS (batch) strongly preferred Knowledgeable experience in electronics and systems and power distribution Experience with software test automation tools (HP Quality Center, IBM Quality Manager) and scripting languages (Perl, VB, Python) desired Expertise to interact with a wide spectrum of Customer groups, both internal and external Superior verbal and written correspondence skills Strong analytical skills Expertise to communicate technical issues in an assertive and tactful manner RESPONSIBILITIES: Designs, documents and ensures the execution of testing of the client systems on aircraft test rigs (45%) Develops and maintains detailed test procedures (20%) Works alongside Development Engineering in the maintenance of test procedures and test tools (10%) Works alongside Development Engineering in achieving defect resolution via test execution (20%) Other duties as assigned (5%) Pay level: $25/hr MAX DOE Please e-mail your resume and salary qualifications along with the reference number 4952 to: (click to respond).Listing originally posted at http://www.net-temps.com/job/ym18/N4952/associate_test_engineer_software.html?r=ood
