MISSION: Standard Process of Central Texas, Inc. educates health care professionals on the effective use of whole food nutritional supplements from Standard Process and herbal medicines from MediHerb. Dedicated to excellence in service, our team is the primary resource for health care professionals to achieve mastery in nutritional and herbal therapies, both in terms of clinical application and successful business-building practices.Reports to: ~Glenn Kikel, president of Standard Process of Central Texas~Charlotte Kikel, teacher and wife of Glenn providing clinical and sales supportResponsibilities & Accountabilities: ~Visit offices to service accounts on a regular basis. This includes delivering promotional materials and making yourself available to answer their questions via email, text, and phone.~Promote seminars and roundtables. A large part of your job is making sure we have doctors attending our events!~Giving "patient education lectures" in doctors offices and teaching Lunch and Learns.~Submit a weekly sales report to Glenn and Charlotte. ~Measurable, specific growth in the territory must be attained.~Required to attend our weekly team meeting via a conference call on Wednesdays from 12-1:15PM and a phone meeting with Glenn and/or Charlotte once a week to discuss weekly report.Job Specifications: ~Previous sales experience is required. ~Knowledge of nutrition, herbs, and wellness is desirable; the ability to learn and self-motivation to study is a must. ~Willingness and flexibility to travel with overnights is required. ~Demonstrates a love for personal growth and public speaking.~Must own a computer, car, cell phone, and have a credit card. ~Professional dress also required. Compensation: ~Full-time, salaried contractor with commissions based on monthly growth, which associate sales representative is eligible for after a 3 month trial period.
