* Ensures quality results by establishing, teaching, and enforcing franchise standards. * Protects employees and customers by adhering to safety, security, sanitation, and food preparation and service standards. * Measures customer perceptions and awareness levels of food and service by designing and implementing survey methodologies; validating results; tracking effectiveness of advertising campaigns. * Updates food franchise consultation job knowledge by creating state-of-the-art practices; providing leadership in educational and professional organizations; tracking and understanding emerging franchise priorities and standards; being sought as a subject-matter expert; contributing to professional publications; maintaining personal networks. * Contributes to food franchise results by exploring new opportunities to add value to the franchise; helping franchisees and their staffs accomplish related job results as and where needed.
