Tailwind Associates, an EOE, has an opportunity for an Architect Specialist in Albany, NY The Architectural Specialist I will be responsible for: · Working with NYSED's E-licensing IT staff and the Accela's E-licensing team to plan and oversee the data conversion activities needed for the E-licensing project. · Analyzing existing OP UNISYS mainframe data and identify the data to be transferred to the new E- licensing system. · Coordinate activities needed to insure the Accela E- licensing team is provided with the appropriate and accurate data. · Identify changes needed to existing mainframe programs to support the implementation of each phase of the E-licensing project. · In conjunction with NYSED's E-licensing team, assist with the implementation of programming changes and oversee the work of additional programming resources. · Oversee the development of the application programs used for data conversion, extraction and data cleansing.
