1st Choice Home Improvements, Inc. is seeking an Appointment Setter to educate people about our products, through utilizing our marketing system. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-spoken individuals to work in our call center. The Appointment Setter / Marketing Associate will be responsible for contacting leads who have responded to our advertising, verifying information, and setting sales appointments for in home estimates. This is a unique opportunity for career minded candidates. There are comprehensive training programs, outstanding earning potential and career advancement opportunities. Other responsibilities include:• Memorization and effective delivery of scripts. • Achieving call center goals and objectives. • Responsible for efficient use of time and contacting all assigned inventory on a timely basis. • Maintaining a positive mental outlook by developing leadership attitudes, traits & work habits. • Preparing mail outs nightly. Job Requirements • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clear friendly phone voice. • Must be reliable and have high personal integrity. • Confident, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet goals. • Team player and have the ability to build relationships with clients and staff. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Computer literate. • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and/or holidays. • Must have own vehicle to get to and from work.
