Quality Assurance | QA Analyst Details

The Senior Software QA Analyst will lead the design and implementation of SQA processes for the Portfolio Maximizer product - a WinForms client/server appli cation. This individual will define a testing strategy and document and execute test cases for an existing application, increasing the rigor with which new deployments are certified. Collect existing informal testing ideas from Business Analysts and Product Managers, distilling them into a database of test cases to be executed with each release.Identify areas of the application with little test coverage and ensure that appropriate test cases are built out.Execute test runs, report defects and verify resolutions, and provide analysis to management describing the readiness of each release.Work with developers and management to adopt sound quality practices and with automation engineers to automate tests.
