Thei mission is to empower individuals and organizations with the skills required to thrive in today's technology-driven economy.Details of the Position:Email Marketing: Oversee marketing automation efforts, staying abreast of the latest best practices and industry standards. Develop and execute email campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Manage email lists, create engaging content, and nurture leads through strategic campaigns. Continuously optimize prospect and client databases for improved targeting and personalization. Develop lead scoring models, workflows, and attribution models. Maintain a consistent high volume of email output while monitoring key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and deliverability. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular updates to the team. Prepare monthly reports on metrics, goals, and KPIs, highlighting areas of significance. Generate comprehensive reports on program and campaign performance, along with recommendations for future strategies. Preferred Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in email automation. Skills and Abilities: Experience with HubSpot is preferred. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Possesses self-awareness and high emotional intelligence. Data-driven with excellent analytical skills. Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player. Energetic and enthusiastic about the work.
