Position Summary: Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate must have outpatient/ambulatory care experience and triage experience, and be available to work on Mondays and Fridays. This role requires providing age-appropriate care to patients and working collaboratively within a medical office setting. Requirements: Must have outpatient/ambulatory care experience Must have triage experience Must be able to work Mondays and Fridays Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Current LPN or RN Licensure is required Current BLS certification required One to three years of related experience preferred Previous medical office experience is desirable Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly desirable Three to five years of specific experience may be required based on practice/department specialty Key Responsibilities: Provide care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served, utilizing knowledge and skills necessary for effective care. Perform patient triage and assessments in an outpatient/ambulatory care setting. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
