Job Description:The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, is responsible for management reporting, financial planning, forecasting and analysis for Axalta Coating Systems' Enterprise results. The position can be based either at our Philadelphia or Glen Mills, PA offices.As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will: * Lead and streamline enterprise consolidated reporting process. * Track KPIs and prepare financial reports. * Review and analyze Axalta financials, highlighting key business drivers. * Analyze monthly and quarterly variances compared to budget, forecasts and prior year. * Contribute to ad hoc management requests. * Participate in the company's annual budgeting process and monthly close processes. * Drive dashboarding and automation to support internal and external reviews. * Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis. * Demonstrated passion for making a difference. * Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. * Focused, organized, results-oriented individual. * Ability to work effectively and build strong relationships with business leaders. * Minimal travel required
