WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking an SEO Specialist with a strong technical background and agency experience . The ideal candidate will execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns using advanced technical, on-site, and off-site strategies. This role is crucial in driving leads and enhancing online sales for diverse clients. The right candidate should be strategic, knowledgeable, and quick to understand and support initiatives contributing to client success. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Key Functional Areas of Responsibility · Develop strategic roadmaps to improve website visibility and grow qualified traffic · Perform website and competitor analysis using various SEO tools · Research and analyze keyword strategies · Develop content strategies and topics designed to meet client goals · Analyze data from analytics tools, Search Console, crawling tools, and more · Understand key metrics and utilize reporting tools to prepare insights for monthly client reports · Optimize and publish content to client sites through a variety of CMSs · Execute link building and link profile management activities including mention monitoring and outreach · Execute local search optimization activities including citation management, GBP optimization, and on-site GEO-targeting modifications · Work with Creative and Development teams to implement SEO and UX best practices · Keep abreast of the latest algorithm changes, SEO tools and techniques · Work closely with a talented team of SEO tacticians and content creators Professional Competencies · Ability to work strategically for a portfolio of clients · Excellent time management skills · Strong drive to self-manage priorities using Project Management software in a remote environment · Competency to respond to shifting priorities quickly and effectively when necessary · Outstanding ability to think creatively, and positively approach problem-solving · Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points · Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic · Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well both independently and in a team setting · Self-motivation, diligent attention-to-detail, and dedication to quality Professional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of on-page SEO and modern tactics for success Knowledge of and experience executing technical on-site optimization Experience in technical implementations on various CMSs Experience in optimizing for local search results Experience in Workfront is a plus Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience in Google Analytics and Search Console Working knowledge of HTML, WordPress, Drupal Experience in an agency setting is a plus Comfortable with a client-facing role.
