A little about Lend-A-Loan • Top 1% Mortgage Broker in the country• Top UWM partner• Average CTC of 11 days• Licensed in 29 states LAL Benefits • Company provided leads• 401K• Dental, Vision, and Medical Insurance• Referral Program Responsibilities: • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them• Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction• Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements• Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements• Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications: • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations• Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred, but not required • Understanding of loan originator software• Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, etc.• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines• Experience with Loadasoft, Salesforce, and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
