Practice Area: Personal Injury Defense,Litigation - Commercial, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 4 Years, A law firm in East Windsor, NJ, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in commercial and personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and preferably a clerkship experience. Job Duties:Handle all aspects of commercial and personal injury litigation cases.Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and managing document review.Prepare for and participate in depositions.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on litigation matters. Requirements:4-7 years of experience in commercial and personal injury litigation.Strong litigation skills and experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong research and analytical skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Clerkship experience preferred. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.Ability to develop and implement effective case strategies.
