If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Lakehouse Physical Security Dispatch Lead to join our Lakehouse Campus Security organization. Responsibilities: Coordinate team member movement and communication throughout the shift Manage the inspections of security devices/technological components and coordinate vendor response; provide update on repair status to supervisors regularly and maintain a log of all related service calls and subsequent resolution Monitor cameras, attend to emergency alerts from multiple on-site technology sources and field calls from firm employees who have an urgent need to connect with Firmwide Security leadership Handle all issues and complaints in a professional and composed manner and assist learners/employees during emergency situations Perform other ancillary duties which will enable the shift supervisors to gauge performance and determine training needed Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent security or law enforcement experience; prior dispatch or experience in a multitasking environment preferred High school diploma or equivalent Experience with the use of current business applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as well as current camera and telecommunications technology preferred Current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to exercise good judgment and maintain a professional demeanor Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period; may require flexibility to work on any shift as business needs dictate KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
