This position involves creating content for various platforms, managing media relations, and supporting internal communications initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, a strategic thinker, and a proactive communicator who can adapt to the fast-paced environment of our growing company. Key Responsibilities: Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media contacts. Coordinate and manage media requests and press interviews. Monitor media coverage and analyze media trends. Internal Communications: Support internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and information flow. Draft internal announcements, emails, and memos. Assist in organizing company events and meetings. Social Media Management: Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms. Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience. Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance. Public Relations: Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies. Coordinate with external PR agencies when necessary. Prepare and update media kits. Crisis Communication: Support crisis communication efforts by preparing statements and managing information dissemination during critical situations. Qualifications: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with social media platforms and digital communication tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with media relations and handling press inquiries. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
