Critz Automotive is looking for an experienced parts counter associate. Our ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running with parts look-up, auto parts ordering, inventory management, customer relations, warranty documentation, and excellent phone skills. We are looking for a candidate who has previous dealership experience and knowledge of CDK. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities:• CDK experience desired• Previous Dealership experience• Excellent Phone Skills• Experience with GMC or Mercedes Benz a plus• Understanding of basic automotive parts• Self-managing• Organized• Full-time position Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent required• Ability to effectively manage inventory using product knowledge, customer service skills, organizational strategies, and administrative tactics• At least one year of experience in auto repair or auto parts sales is a must Compensation: $55,000 yearly About Company: We are a family-owned dealership that has been in business for 80 years.
