Responsibilities:• The Food and Beverage Supervisor will manage and supervise all activities relating to the Food and Beverage department.• To ensure client satisfaction while being able to lead and motivate his/her team to exceed the customer's expectations and maintain the highest standards of products and services to maximize profitability through cost and labor control. Qualifications:• Prior food and beverage management or supervisory experience.• Hotel experience preferred.• Restaurant, Outlet, Banquet experience ideal.
