We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial real estate team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business. This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. With commission comes unlimited income growth plus you’ll be backed every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching. Responsibilities: • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements• Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process• Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential• Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data• Lead follow-up• Commercial lead generation• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals• Set and execute appointments• Close sales• Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Proven negotiating and communication skills• Self motivated and self sufficient• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity • Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
