Responsibilities: • Employ successful sales-based marketing strategies such as prospecting, cold calling, networking, and more to identify and secure potential clients• Help existing, new, and prospective clients fulfill insurance policy requirements by ensuring the completion of necessary forms and examining physical properties prior to or during the insurance claims process• Track and share progress toward monthly quotas by consistently updating bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records• Remain educated on property and casualty insurance policies, insurance agent regulations, insurance claims, and other industry rules to successfully match prospective, existing, and new clients with the best insurance plans • Have productive meetings with new, existing, and prospective clients to listen attentively to their needs and understand their financial circumstances before recommending ideal insurance policies Qualifications: • Proficiency using sales and accounting software is beneficial• Superior customer service, communication, and analytical skills are necessary • Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite required• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED or equivalent required• Candidates must have and maintain a relevant P&C insurance license - or must be willing to get licensed Compensation: $39,000 - $45,000 yearly About Company: We are a highly collaborative team that is hardworking and committed to your career.
