We are looking for an engaging, friendly and reliable Guest Service Agent to join our team to provide our vacation owners and guests outstanding service. As a Guest Service Agent, the primary function is to welcome guest with a smile and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout their stay. Essential Functions: Must be able to handle multiple tasks and difficult situations while always maintaining a pleasant attitude Check-in/check-out services Always maintain a professional and welcoming tone of voice Support guest needs and work through guest issues professionally and promptly to meet Gold Crown Resort standards of service excellence. Be familiar with local events, activities and attractions depending on the season Keep front desk and all areas of front desk reasonably clean, organized and well stocked Keep the property safe and secure for guests and employees Follow all company policies and procedures Comply with privacy standards Respond to emergencies promptly Make reservations as necessary when Central Reservations is not available What We Are Looking For From you: A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
