PET Process Facilitator

As a PET Process Facilitator, you will provide direction to PET personnel in the efficient use of equipment and materials. You will handle all PET activity, including coordination of support staff, scheduling, and improvement. You will promote safe work practices and ensure all external and AstraZeneca SHE standards are met daily. You will also be accountable for training PET personnel on equipment, processes, and standard operating procedures. THIS IS A DAY POSITION: HOURS 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM M-F Essential Skills/Experience: - Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Pharmacy, related Science or business- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a GMP or regulated product environment- Minimum of 1-3 years previous supervisory experience- Knowledge of FDA cGMP's- Strong communication and leadership skills- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Desirable Skills/Experience: - Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment- Ability to drive and participate in cross-functional teams- Knowledge or previous experience in leading technical programs/projects- Training or experience in formulation, filling, packaging, validation, technology transfer, change control- Project management skillsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unshackle brave thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
