You'll provide guidance and mentorship in engineering, operations, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma. You'll collaborate with department heads to ensure our technical leadership is top-notch, all while fostering a positive environment that drives exceptional customer satisfaction. Here's a glimpse of your daily impact: Overseeing key processes: You'll manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Bill of Materials (BOM), process qualification, and more. Leading the way: You'll spearhead Lean cell design, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to the Cogmedix Quality System. Communication & Collaboration: Working with Project Managers, Quality Engineers, and internal teams, you'll effectively analyze issues and implement solutions. Building strong relationships: You'll maintain positive rapport with customers and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely deliveries. Thriving in this role requires: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (extensive experience can substitute for some education). 20+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing (subassembly & finished devices). A strong focus on quality, with experience in electronic quality management systems a plus. Top-notch leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
