Perm role Seeking a sociable, energetic Help Desk Analyst to work in our Information Technology Department - someone who can provide technical assistance to all levels of employees. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team with great personalities fosters an opportunity for professional growth. This is an entry level position ideal for individuals with 0 - 5 years of information technology experience. The responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to: Maintain and record end user-support tickets and other applications, as required. Document problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing processes. Read and develop technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. Test programs, correct errors and make necessary modifications. Work as part of a project team to coordinate solutions. Train users and answer questions. Approve, schedule and plan installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems such as the installation of new or existing software. May be required to provide after-hours support. POSITION REQUIREMENTS This position starts working full-time in the office during the training period with possibility of hybrid schedule. Four year college degree preferred Up to 5 years experience in the Information Technology field. Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 and Windows 11 preferred. Strong interpersonal relationships and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills. Ability to effectively work within a team environment. Skill in organizing and prioritizing work, and following assignments through to completion. Skill in written and verbal communications. Ability to work well under pressure with deadlines possess a sense of urgency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities and work styles. Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant change. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions. Ability to handle details with accuracy.
