A company is looking for a Quality Review, Senior Underwriting Consultant. Key Responsibilities: Conduct audits and analyze results to ensure adherence to guidelines, policies and procedures Provide individualized feedback directly to underwriters and underwriting leaders Design and deliver targeted training to develop underwriting skills and reinforce best practices Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience in Underwriting 5+ years large case Life and Disability underwriting experience Passion for developing others to achieve excellence in underwriting through constructive feedback and coaching Expert in Life and Disability insurance underwriting methodologies Experience with QPS, Experience Rating Tools, and JIRA
