Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal

Description:
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You'll draft legal documents, conduct client meetings, and manage case flow. If you're interested in advancing your paralegal career with opportunities for growth, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: --- Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives --- Assisting with the administration of estates, including preparing probate petitions, inventories, and accountings --- Communicating with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other parties involved in the estate planning and probate process --- Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for estate planning and probate matters --- Managing case files and maintaining accurate records and documentation --- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, hearings, and other appointments --- Providing support to attorneys in all aspects of estate planning and probate cases Qualifications: --- Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education --- Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar --- At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting --- Must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree desired --- Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills About Company: The law office of DuPont and Blumenstiel is a rapidly growing law firm centered in Dublin, Ohio, and serving clients throughout the United States.
