Qualifications Bachelors degree in human resources or 5 years of human resources work experience exceeding 1,000 employees. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: New hire preparation and processing within the human resources information system.: Accurate and timely file maintenance, I:9s, background checks, and drug testing.: Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.: Reviews third party payroll software for errors and inconsistencies, including new hire preparation and processing.: Assist employees with third party software self:service questions and/or issues.: Assist in maintaining accurate and timely filed personnel records in acordance with data storage policies.: Assist with writing and maintianing accurate job descriptions for active job titles/positions within the agency.: Performs other duties as assigned.
