Nursing Supervisor - Home Care Job Ref: 27454 Category: Nursing Location: Emerson Hospital, 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: Home Care Services Schedule: Full Time Shift: Day shift Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Job Summary The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the overall delivery of nursing care of the department and works under the direction of the Manager of Home Care. Minimum Qualifications Education B.S., R.N. with current Massachusetts License Experience Minimum of two years home health experience; 1-3 years of supervisory experience required. Licensure and/or Certification Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in Massachusetts Skills Demonstrated leadership and initiative Demonstrated ability to make decisions and interpret agency polices and procedures. Demonstrated excellence in the practice of public health nursing. Must have good communication skills and be able to work effectively with the team environment. Strong computer, organizational, and project management skills. Knowledge of home care regulations as related to delivery of care.
