Gymnastics Supervisor Salary : $14 - $20 per hour Gymnastics Supervisor Hours : Tuesday - Thursday 4:30 - 7:45pm (Part Time) Gymnastics Supervisor Responsibilities : Bring an enthusiastic approach to each class Use energy to motivate the children in the class Lead warm-up activities, instruct, spot, evaluate, teach skill progressions and document gymnasts in the Level 1-3 class program on vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble track Maintain class rosters, take attendance, execute every other month evaluations of students Be prepared to teach each class Plan activities and be able to adjust them to every member of the class Develop relationships with participants and their parents through communication and actions Use the class time to interact with the children and the before-and-after-time to connect with parents Gymnastics Supervisor Qualifications : Minimum 2 years gymnastics experience required Gymnastics coaching experience preferred. High School Diploma / Equivalent Availability to work weekday evenings.Minimum of 18 years of age.
