We are seeking an experienced and dedicated accounting manager to join our dynamic team. The accounting manager will oversee and manage an accounting team. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project completion and professional development Supervise and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to best practices Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing strategic financial guidance Oversee the preparation of accounting services and other financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop strategies for business growth and client acquisition Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and best practices The Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, a proven track record of leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality accounting services to clients. Requires: Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred At least 5 years of related accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Accounting CS) and the ability to learn new software Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve complex problems What we Offer : Competitive wage and benefits package that includes health/dental/vision insurance 401k Minimum of 16 days of paid time off (PTO) and 10 paid holidays Summer Fridays Flexible schedules Hybrid work option available (eligibility required) EOE
