They will work closely with clients in the life sciences sector, including handling public company work and registered equity offerings such as IPOs and follow-on offerings.Duties:Handle a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, focusing on capital markets.Assist in public company work, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.Provide legal advice and support to clients in the life sciences sector.Manage substantial components of transactions independently.Collaborate effectively with legal teams and clients.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters.Experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on).Interest or experience working with life sciences companies preferred.Outstanding academic credentials.Comparable law firm experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Relevant Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Relevant Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.Skills:Strong understanding of corporate and transactional law.Ability to manage transactions independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and analytical thinking.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
