This line of service requires for our professionals to provide care at our client's home. You will be trusted with the care of our clients from the comfort of their homes. Additionally, you have the direct ability to grow your client base and become an entrepreneur of healthcare.In our Hospice agency you are responsible for providing personal care under the supervision of a nurse according to the patient's plan of care. You will also be collaborating with transdisciplinary teams in a variety of settings (ALF, Nursing Home, Home Care, & Independent Living). Qualifications Current Florida CNA License Current CPR/BLS Card First Aide Certification Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Hospital Minimum of 1 year experience in an assisted living facility or similar environment Minimum of 0 - 6 months of experience in home care or similar environment Minimum of 1 year of experience in Hospice Care. Current Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Ability to communicate clearly through written, electronic, and verbal means Med-Tech Certification is not required unless you are a C.N.A-Med Tech Teamwork.
