Nautilus Custom Homes: Finely Crafted Custom Homes The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager. He or she will manage all aspects associated with the field construction. Responsibilities: Follow and build by using Gantt chart schedule Provide accurate information for updates Complete daily job site reports Scheduling of subcontractors and materials; allowing long enough lead times for subs and material to be on-site at the correct times Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with a minimal punch list. Maintain a safe work site, and establish good job site housekeeping. Must maintain a CLEAN job site and observe OSHA, State, County and Community regulations Review shop drawings for accuracy Proactively problem solve Champion Nautilus Homes processes Requirements: 5 years experience in a similar role Proficient computer skills, and Procore certification/experience Ability to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawings Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high-end Clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goals Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug-Free Workplace Program A passion for custom home building Qualified candidates, please apply with resume and salary requirements.'
