We’re rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated listing agent who wants to take the next step in their sales career. The ideal candidate is a persuasive deal maker and passionate about building customer relationships. Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing• Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales• Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Currently licensed in real estate • One year of work experience in real estate• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $150,000 to $180,000 Commission based About Company: Keller Williams Realty remains the #1 real estate brokerage in the country.
