Identity and Privilege Access Management EngineerJob SummaryAs an Identity and Privilege Access Management Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our organization?s systems. Your primary focus will be on managing access controls, secrets, and privileged accounts. You?ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and drive the adoption of automation tools. If you?re passionate about cybersecurity, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities1. Tool and Technique Evaluation:? Identify the optimal mix of tools and techniques for enabling application and infrastructure teams to automate secrets management.? Evaluate and recommend solutions that align with industry best practices.2. Discovery and Analysis:? Perform thorough discovery and analysis of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement.? Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.3. Architecture and Solution Design:? Architect robust solutions for secrets management, considering scalability, security, and performance.? Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective access controls.4. Implementation and Configuration:? Install and configure CyberArk platform components.? Support enterprise onboarding, credential discovery, and analysis.5. Best Practices and Maturity:? Apply industry best practices to mature CyberArk capabilities.? Ensure adherence to security principles (e.g., NIST CSF).6. Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail:? Independently address complex challenges related to access management.? Pay meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.7. Communication and Collaboration:? Work both independently and as part of a team.? Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and vendor partners.Qualifications? Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in privileged access management (PAM) specific to the CyberArk tool.? Implementation and Integration:? Proficiency in implementing and integrating CyberArk APIs and modules across various downstream components.? Familiarity with transmission protocols (e.g., SFTP, VPN Tunnels).? Security Knowledge:? Working knowledge of PAM concepts and best practices.? Excellent understanding of security principles and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF).? Analytical Skills:? Strong problem-solving abilities.? Ability to analyze complex scenarios and propose effective solutions.? Independence and Teamwork:? Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.? Communication Skills:? Strong verbal and written communication skills.? Bonus Skills:? Experience with Conjur.? Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.? Familiarity with scrum/kanban methodologies.?
