Facilities Support Technician Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the Facilities Support Technician is responsible for maintaining a secure and well- functioning work environment for staff, patients and guests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Facilities Manage incoming and interoffice mail and packages and deliver to respective sites. Manage purchase order system and update PO statuses. Assist Purchasing Coordinator in inventory maintenance. Travel for role related matters to various sites, as needed. Monitor ticketing system for incoming requests Perform basic facility repairs in, but not limited to, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical Manage and support the set up and breakdown of furniture and props for various weekly social events throughout the buildings. Liaison for vendors when accessing the office to conduct scheduled services. Safety Team member Assist and help initiate fire drills Assist in inspections and audits as required Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, i.e proper inspection of fire extinguishers removal of hazardous materials from all areas accessible to employees, patients and guests, etc. Additional Duties And other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Expertise in the following areas, typically gained from one year experience in a facilities/administrative role: Microsoft Office applications and work order management systems Ability to welcome direction and requests, take appropriate notes as required to execute with minimal guidance and to understand the processes in place to perform in accordance with expectations Self-motivated, energetic, with inherit ability to learn, and improve efficiencies through collaboration Full ensured and reliable vehicle and Driver's License, in good standing required for this role. Ability to perform lifting (weight varies based on product), walking, standing, climbing.
