O. Smith is looking for a driven individual to join our team and support the deployment of process mining and automation tools. Reporting to the Global Business Solutions team and interfacing directly with our stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring the right business solutions are identified, developed, and deployed. You will support the creation of analyses, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, implement automation projects, and drive business adoption. This unique role will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate and grow your problem solving and technical capabilities while learning about A. O. Responsibilities :Develops, configures, and maintains RPA scripts and workflows to automate tasks across various business functions.:Collaborates with the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders to prioritize automation projects based on organizational needs, available resources, and team expertise.:Analyzes and maps business processes to assess automation feasibility, identifying potential efficiencies or enhancements.:Assists in estimating project costs, identifying necessary resources, and evaluating potential software vendors or tools, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.:Facilitates stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring buy:in and smooth progression between project phases from inception through to completion.:Regularly monitors deployed automations to ensure they are performing optimally, making adjustments as necessary to maintain or improve efficiency.:Actively seek and implement continuous improvement opportunities for existing automations.:Leads the requirements gathering process, working closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into detailed project designs and specifications.:Coordinates functional testing to ensure automations meet defined objectives, and prepares User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, facilitating testing sessions with stakeholders to validate outcomes.:Develops comprehensive training materials, and provides ongoing support and training to business users to ensure effective adoption and usage of automation solutions.:Prepares detailed go:live
