Duties:Advise clients on ongoing litigation and legal issues.Research case details, evidence, and applicable law.Interpret case law and decisions from relevant courts.Develop case strategies, including early resolution options.Prepare pleadings, separation agreements, deeds, and wills.Appear in court to advocate for clients' rights and interests.Represent clients in mediation, hearings, and negotiations.Build trusting relationships with clients.Negotiate and settle cases.Conduct consultations with potential clients.Engage in business development activities.Meet billable hour requirements. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of North Carolina.4+ years of legal experience.First-chair trial experience.Experience in Family Law.Exceptional trial, negotiation, research, and communication skills. Education:Graduation from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of North Carolina. Skills:Strong trial advocacy skills.Excellent research and analytical abilities.Effective negotiation skills.Clear and persuasive communication skills.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Proficiency in legal document preparation.Business development acumen.Commitment to providing cost-effective legal solutions.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
