Practice Area: Employment Law - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Associate Attorney for their Boston, MA office.Job Overview: The Mid-Level Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing comprehensive employment-related support for corporate transactions, drafting various employment agreements, conducting workplace investigations, and offering counsel on a broad spectrum of employment matters. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional academic credentials, substantial law firm experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.Duties:Provide employment-related support for corporate transactions.Draft employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreementsConduct workplace investigationsCounsel clients on a wide range of employment-related issues, including disputes and negotiationsHandle mediations, restrictive covenant litigation, and other employment litigation as neededRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment lawOutstanding academic credentialsComparable law firm experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRelevant Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain admission promptlySkills:Proficiency in employment lawStrong drafting skills for legal documentsAbility to conduct thorough workplace investigationsExcellent negotiation and dispute-resolution abilities One of the nation's leading law firms, it has a team of 650 attorneys that serves clients in the area of corporate, financial services, intellectual property, litigation, private equity, products liability, mass torts, real estate, REITs, and real estate capital markets.
