Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts• Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller• Follow the team plan• Be a team player• Ask questions• Set listing appointments• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close Sales Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Has a real estate license• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Great communication • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions About Company: At Luxurysold.com in Las Vegas, we have lead systems, resources, a coaching and multiple office teams in place for real estate.
