Duties:Represent clients in criminal defense cases.Conduct legal research and analysis.Prepare legal documents, including briefs, motions, and appeals.Advocate for clients in court proceedings.Negotiate plea deals with prosecutors.Maintain client confidentiality and trust.Stay updated on changes in criminal law and procedure. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to Practice Law in Texas.Proven experience in criminal defense law, preferably in Texas.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation. Certifications:Licensed to Practice Law in Texas.
