As Utility Person, you're responsible for cleaning china, glass, silver, and serving equipment. Additionally, you'll: Set up and breakdown equipment at functions. Assist in cleaning kitchens. Run and help maintain various dish washing machines. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand, walk, push, and pull equipment, and ability to lift 25 lbs. to the waist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with ability to meet required timelines.
