The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and practical knowledge across various phases of construction and insurance litigation. They should possess strong communication and writing skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.Duties:Conduct project file analysis and policy analysis related to construction and insurance matters.Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes.Conduct factual investigations and discovery processes.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Participate in dispositive motion practice.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in construction and insurance litigation.Practical experience across various phases of construction and insurance coverage disputes.Strong communication and writing skills.Analytical ability and good judgment.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Member of the Oregon State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity.Skills:Proficiency in legal research.Negotiation skills.Drafting legal documents.Analytical thinking.Attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Preferred:Washington State Bar license.
